FAQs

How many people can I book an oche or shuffleboard for?

Our shuffleboard tables and darts oches both have a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

We will not be able to accommodate more than 8 guests on our oches or tables due to space.

If you'd like to book for more than 8 guests, please get in touch with us at enquiries@theblackcatclub.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Will I be able to extend my game time?

If you'd like to extend your game time once in the building then please ask our hosts who will do their best to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that extending game times may not be possible during peak times, and game extension will incur a fee.

What sports can I watch at Black Cat Club?

We will be showing all major sporting events.

Black Cat Club is home to 8 x 55" to 70" flatscreen tvs, perfect for a premium sports viewing!

Sports on offer include football, rugby, tennis, the Olympics, pay-per-view events, and F1.

Don't forget to view our Sports Calendar for all upcoming live sport events being shown in the BCC, and don't forget to book that table for uninterrupted viewing.

What are the booking terms and conditions?

Our booking terms and conditions are as follows:

  • If you are booking a darts oche or shuffleboard table, we ask that you arrive on time as we aren't able to guarantee the full allotted time to parties who are late.

  • If you are going to be late then please do ring and make us aware (this applies to gaming, food and drinks tables), we will do our best to get you the full time you have booked, but this may not be possible during peak times so the duration that you are late may impose on your time on your chosen game.

  • You are not able to bring your own darts or shuffle pucks as we have state of the art software that only reacts to the equipment that we have on site.

  • Please DO NOT arrive to the venue with more people than you have booked for, we cannot guarantee the space and would hate for you to be disappointed. A reminder - our oches and shuffleboards can hold 8 guests at maximum.

  • We require full payment up front for all gaming reservations.

  • We have a zero tolerance policy in place in regards to anti-social behaviour or violence in any area of our venue. Football shirts are not allowed to be worn inside the venue.
